About the event

During the course all participants will achieve these objectives :

  • Design single crown and bridges in Exocad
  • CAM strategies , methodologies and nesting on Millbox for dry(zirconia) and wet mill (ceramic) production.
  • 3D print models using ASIGA MAX UV
  • Prepare green stage finidhing and contouring of Zirconia bridge for sintering 
  • Prepare ceramic crown and crystallization with porcelain
  • Hands-on technical and aesthetic finishing of milled restorations with BIOMIC stain and glaze ready for insertion
  • Replicate bio-aesthetics of natural dentition


Laptops with installed programs: for CAD desiginig exocad and  Millbox for CAM strategies.

All zirconia and ceramic restorations , tools and supplies.

Attendees may bring their own tools and brushes.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Day 1  9:00 AM-5:00PM

      Lecture on "Margin preparations for fix restorations"

  •  Exocad overview and settings Demo &  Hands-on
  •  Tools overview for single crowns Demo & Hands-on
  • Tools overview for Bridges Demo &  Hands-on
  •  Shell Provisionals crowns and bridges Demo & Hands-on
  •  Models design Model creator with Exocad Demo & Hands-on
  • nesting restorations with Mill box CIM systems Demo &Hands-on
  • nesting models with asiga for 3D printing and Demo Demo & Hands-on
  • 3D printing with asiga and post processing Demo
  • Chairside Solutions Esthetic Zirconia CAM and milling with Roland Demo

Day 2    9:00 AM-5:00PM

  • Lecture on "Introduction to AIDITE Zirconia and Biomic liquid ceramic system"
  • Green stage zirconia preparations for sintering Demo & Hands-on
  • Technical and aesthetic finishing of milled zirconia restorations with Biomic Demo & Hands-on
