The Deutsch Removable Bridge®

The Deutsch Removable Bridge® delivers the stability of a fixed restoration with the convenience of a removable design, making it ideal for full-arch cases. Using precision telescopic technology, it offers superior retention, durability, and lifelike aesthetics.

How it works:

  1. Primary Telescopes (Primary Crowns)
Precision-milled primary crowns (CAD/CAM titanium or Galvano gold) are placed on implants or natural abutments to serve as the fixed foundation.

  2. Secondary Telescopes (Secondary Crowns)
Secondary crowns are fabricated to fit over the primaries with micronic accuracy (≈60 μm for titanium, 4–5 μm for Galvano gold). This telescopic fit provides exceptional retention.

  3. Tertiary Structure (Framework)
A tertiary framework is designed to connect and stabilize the secondary crowns, ensuring strength and long-term durability.

  4. Bridge Framework Assembly
The framework (e.g., PEKK, zirconia, or high-performance alloys) is combined with esthetic prosthetic teeth, creating a stable full-arch structure.

  5. Final Prosthesis
The complete removable bridge is delivered with customized gingiva and natural-looking teeth, offering patients the comfort of a removable prosthesis with the stability and esthetics of a fixed solution.

Benefits: Stable during function, removable for hygiene, long-lasting, and beautifully natural in appearance.

At FMR Digital Center, every bridge is crafted with precision for predictable, high-quality res
